Refund Policy-Please Read Before Purchasing

Pottery By Corin Sweeny Deinhart is a one-woman operated business. When I photograph my art, I do my best to ensure photographs realistically represent the pieces. I also ensure that I point out any notable flaws (if there are any) to be aware of in the product description. Please note that because your pot is handmade by me and not a factory, your pot may have slight imperfections. This is normal and should be expected of any handmade piece. Each pot is a unique work of art, so there will also be slight variations of a given product.

Due to the long process and the amount of effort that goes into making a single piece of pottery, I do not offer returns/refunds for any reason other than damage or errors on my part, so please consider your purchase carefully. Please note that I reserve the right to deny a return, but I am very happy to work with you to find a solution.

Returns are approved on a case by case basis. If you are approved for a return, the item MUST be received in original condition or a refund will not be granted. A re-stocking fee of 15% will also be applied. 

If your piece was damaged during transit, a full refund plus shipping will be granted, or a replacement item will be made; whichever is agreed upon between you and I. Thank you for understanding and for supporting my small business.
